Service Description

* When choosing prepaid plan, you book your first 15 or 30 minute session and you will be taken to the payment page. * Package must be paid in full in advance. * Services scheduled and billed in 15 minute increments. * Can be used for Emotion Code and/or Root Cause Protocol Follow-up Sessions. *Arrangements for future sessions will be made during the first session. * Cannot be used for Initial Consults or Lab/HTMA Interpretation 10 x 60 minutes =600 minutes in your bank to work off of at the discounted hourly rate.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us 24 hours before your schedule time to avoid being charged for the missed session. We will try to accommodate your needs and find an alternate meeting time.
